Shadow
Shadow is a damage type in EverQuest Next. Abilities that use the shadow damage type may involve deception, drains and/or trade offs.[1].
An example of a shadow spell, given during the 2014 Class Panel at SOE Live, would be:
Dark Mantle - You gain 10% damage and 50% armor over 3 seconds, you lose 25% health. Classes that are known to use the shadow damage type:
